No guarantees
Found Clearly is a diagnostic and implementation service. Scores are evidence-based estimates, not guarantees. We do not promise Google rankings, AI citations, traffic, calls, leads, or revenue. Results vary by site, market, and competition.
Payments, credits & refunds
Prices are shown before purchase. The expert report fee may be credited toward an implementation sprint as described at the time of purchase. Implementation and recurring services are scoped and confirmed before work begins. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.
Acceptable use & intellectual property
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for websites you are authorized to represent. Reports we deliver are for your use; our methods, templates, and software remain our property.
Limitation of liability & governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Found Clearly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
